I took my wedding dress here out of recommendation from where i bought it. These ladies were super sweet. After getting it home and trying on for my daughter, i noticed one detail that needed to be fixed. I took it back to them and they were just so friendly and was able to get it fixed right away. And i mean, within 2 hours of taking it back. Awesome service!! They were also very attentive to my timeline and my dress since it was lace! Definitely would recommend! I will be taking my jeans here to be hemmed as well!
Absolutely satisfied with my experience. The staff was more than helpful, my gear was done on time and the workmanship is absolutely amazing. I will do business with them in the future for sure!
We had a stuffed animal medical emergency with Mr. Giraffe (he lost his eyes due to a dog). The Sew What Doctors were able to get Mr. Giraffe in and out so my 2 yr old granddaughter could still enjoy him for years to come! I have always used them, and I will always recommend them! This just seals the deal on how much I love the customer service and the ladies that work there! Here is a picture of a highly satisfied customer and her Mr. Giraffe!
