HORRIBLE Customer Service Good: nothing. Bad: customer service over the phone was horrible! i called to find out the hours or operation and the lady over the phone gave me the hours and i replied with: "oh goodness! those are all hours i cannot make it in..." and the response of the woman on the other end was: "sorry." extrememly sarcastic and rude. no wonder the other review was so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Very Poor Alterations Sew What Fashions is a very poor business. I went to them to get my wedding dress altered prior to my wedding. They fit me and then they sewed my dress. I picked up my dress from them and was ready for my wedding a couple of days later. Ten minutes prior to my wedding when I am putting my dress on I learned of their error when it was too later to fix anything. When altering my dress they removed the hooks that my train hooks on to.
