I agree with the Horrible Service! Took a Boy Scout uniform in for patches and dress in to have alterations. She asked me when I wanted it. To be helpful I said I dont need them right away, but 4-5 days would be good. So she said Id get it the next week. I called after a week and was told shed have it the next day. Called the next day, it still wasnt finished. So I went to the shop she says, "come back at three the uniform will be ready then". I said "I cant come back" so she hands me the uniform and says, "sorry". I said wh... read more

I take my husbands work gear in there to be sewn. Once it took a little longer than I thought it should, but usually its done within a few days and exactly the way Ive asked. Ive never had any trouble with the workmanship.

I dont know what type of business theyre running. I took my jacket in to get the lining fixed and sewed up the first time and I thought things were good. They took just a few days to fix it. I had to take it back because they apparently hadnt done a good job, and the lining came apart again. This time they took 2wks because they knew they had done a bad job the first time and because of that I was NOT going to pay. Everytime I called to check on my jacket the lady was incredibly rude.
