Terrible Customer Service – It was my first time to Sew What. I walked in and the place was a mess. I was completely ignored because Jean was on the phone. She did not even hold up a finger implying 'one second'. After she got off the phone she asked what I wanted. I explained that I just needed the neckline slightly altered.
