Susan just helped me figure out what needle I needed for these jersey knit dresses for my girls, and stayed late to help make sure I knew exactly what I was doing. I basically finished most of the dress � and learned SOOOO much! Thank you so much for your help! I came home and finished the second dress in no time. I will post pics of these dresses soon �
Went in there yesterday and they didn’t have anything for Juki or Singer. Very Nazi about any other brand but what they are selling. The sign reads SEW-N-Save should read Brother brand only sewing store. ITS LIKE A CANDY STORE WHO REFUSES TO SELL CHOCOLATE!! I don’t know how they stay open and will NEVER be going in there again! Their Prices are absolutely over market value and your best bet is to shop Walmart, Joann’s, or online! Just BS!! Their stock of sewing needs is very small. A wonderful shop with great people to always help l. I have bought 3 machines from them, I always take my machine there for maintenance and repairs. I have always been treated fairly. Highly recommended
I have been going to Westerville Sew N Save since 2007 and I have purchased many different types of machines from them and I could not be happier with the service and their products! I attend several sewing classes a month there and even though I have been sewing most of my life I always learn something new! I can’t say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. I you need a sewing machine this is the place to come.
Customer service, value, environment, values....all!
I bought a serger from them more than a year ago and have been very impressed with the machine and their service. Susan provided a specialized introduction serger lesson which gave me a good start. They offer monthly serger classes which are very helpful. I highly recommend Westerville Sew-N-Save.
