Brought two machines in for "repairs"......what I felt was faulty stitching. The machines were looked at immediately and evaluated. After working with both machines, it was determined that the problem was ME. Couldn't have asked for more helpful or courteous staff. I'll drive 120 miles any day for that kind of service.........and "No Charge!" Thanks to the management and staff at Sew-N-Save.

Brought in my Singer hD Sewing machine thinking it would need to be repaired... it is only 6 mo. old but it was only threaded incorrectly! This is funny as i have been sewing for for over 40 years. Advise to me was to go through all of my thread and discard all of the old spools! Wonderful employees and advise !! Thanks again. Deborah//Rockton, Il.

This is a must visit store before buying – This category of businesses is a high margin one due to the fact that it is a hobby type. That said, one is able to get excellent discounts and still get training and service at this store. I shopped and shopped for a Viking Quilting machine and frame online and on eBay, and then went in a was able to get a better price from Steve and still gain the local service that I wanted.
