rude customer service and don't work in a professional manner. I'm a very easy and relaxed person but don't like to be talked to and treated rudely! Haven't recieved my alteration yet but when I do I will not go back here.
I made the mistake of telling her I needed my dress done by the date of my event instead of the day before and on top of that I found out the night before that I would need to pick it up even earlier in the day than I had planned! I called her and she worked so fast to get it done for me that morning! She was so sweet and cooperative!
