For starters I wanna say if you live in kc please go here this is my new go to spot. Cynthia did so goodddd with my hair especially this being my first time. Her son did a great job with the washing and blow drying of my hair. I was amazed by how professional and family oriented everyone was in this salon. The ladies here will get you right! I absolutely recommend this salon 10/10 !!! Kyla the stylist who did my hair was very professional and understanding about what style I wanted and how I wanted my hair to lay . The salon is very clean , nice background music , very helpful staff. Will be going back for my next sew in
Dont waste your time!!I You walk in everybodys looking with an attitude your not even greeted. Once I got in the chair the girl was nice. I got a sew out hairstyle. About a week the hair was already coming aloose. So I called the shop, they told me to come in and they would fix it. I get there sat in the chair and was told she couldnt do it I would have to take it all out and get it done again. I also was quoted a different price. Wont be back waste of money!!
The worst sew-in experience I’ve ever had. I contacted the business about a specific style that I wanted done and they told me that the only person that was able to do it was the owner and it’s an additional fee for her (which I didn’t mind). I went ahead, booked my appointment and paid the deposit. The day of my appointment I get to the salon and clearly stated that I had an appointment for a sew-in but the girls didn’t even bother checking the details and just told me to sign in.
