I called to ask about getting my Brother sewing machine fixed, and the very nice lady I talked to was able to diagnose the problem and tell me how to fix it without even bringing it in.

Sweet owner handled my project in a timely manner and very reasonable fees.
I dropped of two singer machines with a minor problem and the owner charged me 110 for 1 very bad service and when i was explaining over the phone that i would love to have it fixed in a couple weeks she got really mad although my request was simple i wish i could give 0 stars
