I brought four items to Sew Chic for alterations and was very upfront that I needed them by a specific date. I even told them that if the turnaround time could not be accommodated, I completely understood and would rather not have the alterations done at all. I was assured multiple times that my items would actually be ready a couple of days earlier than I needed them, so I felt comfortable moving forward. Walked in, needed something ironed for work, a very polite and helpful gentleman helped me right away. Will be back for my tailoring needs.
The best customer service I've ever experienced.
The job was done but extremely over priced. For one short with 3 parches was $60… and took a week and a half it’s not like I was putting a rush on it. Like I said the job was done but probably won’t be going back because that price I’m pretty hight for one shirt.
