Walked in with my mother, owner was unfriendly and combative.
RecommendedJane is the GREATEST!!! I learned to sew about 7 years ago at Sew Central, and I am still going strong. Whenever I need help with anything, Jane is always there to answer my questions. She also has a beautiful selection of fabrics and goodies at a very fair price. The classes are wonderful too! You can learn to sew at ANY age, no matter what experience you have. I am now sewing clothing with patterns I drafted myself, even though I couldn't even sew a button when I started. Thank you, Jane!!!
very good work and honest people
I had technical issues with my machine and brought it in. It wasn't a brand they sell or even purchased there in the past but they helped pin point the problem and gave me options to remedy the problem. After 30 min of a little DIY I have my machine working again. Thank you and you can be sure I know where to go when I decide to buy a serious sewing machine.

Jane is a highly skilled seamstress and b patient teacher. Can't wait to take another class....albeit it's been a while since my last.

Needed fabric for kids pillowcases , to Give to children whom are in Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House in Buffalo, New York . Jane’s had novelty fabric , from super hero’s to Little Kitty plus blenders to coordinate. I left very happy and ready to sew. Jane and Nancy were great to help pick and choose fabric with me!!
