I didn’t even get to go to the salon. I had an appointment for 3:30pm, I called the morning of around 9am to reschedule my appointment. They answered and confirmed that I COULD reschedule my appointment, they gave me a day and didn’t tell me the time because the appointment needed to be “confirmed”. I called them and left a message a day before (the day they said I could reschedule for was a day after the day they gave me), my call went straight to voicemail, the day of what was supposed to be my appointment I called 5 times... read more
i would not recommend. the lady did 4 big braids on my head which made my sew in really bulky nd she did not melt my closure. she also arrived 20 minutes late without warning then did this stupid stuff in my head. i paid almost 500$ i am very unsatisfied and will never be back.
Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, but I have to warn others. I had a disappointing experience at this salon. First, they arrived late for my daughter’s appointment, which set a negative tone for the visit. After the service, I noticed that the hair started to loosen just five days later. UPDATE: I found London at 1165 Fulton street in Brooklyn. She also started @silkyx_ on instagram!! London is amazing — talented, professional, and has a great personality. I've gotten my hair done with her a couple of times and was always happy with her work. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the management of this salon.
