Very friendly yes, yet when picking up a vehicle they left a huge eyesore of a mess, the tow truck had leaked two pretty big spots of oil/antifreeze, in front of my neighbors house let alone. The driver then left and forgot something, so returned to get it and as he drove off he ran through the puddles tracking oil/antifreeze all over, now spreading oil the length of almost 2 houses down the road.
