RecommendedProblem is PARKING, having to pay to park at night AND the lack of appropriate and plentiful signage to inform the public of the 24/7 pay to park (shameful) areas and that if one doesn't pay by texting one WILL be booted OR towed, depending on where one parks. The signs are not in ones sightlines, whether in a vehicle or walking, are very few and far between and the one warning sign is place in such a way that unless you park right in front of it you aren't going to see it.
