Disappointing & unprofessional experience with Seville.
Very bad experiences. The property manager will not advertise the vacancies I n the popular locations (like Craigslist and fb marketplace) and wants to find tenants through agencies so they have “workers” so that she can have more power over them while the owners get less. She won’t even advertise is on the section 8 site. She thinks that not having trash cans in the back does not affect the tenants from leaving garbage everywhere.
