I scheduled a tour via Zillow with DRE #02081505, but they failed to inform me in a timely manner that the property had already been rented. This lack of communication cost me both time and money—frustration that could have easily been avoided with proper notice. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed to have sent me a message about tours being canceled when no such message was ever sent.
