Update 7/26/25-Massive roach infestation. Not just the giant palmetto ones but the smaller ones. This has been ongoing since March. They did the bare minimum treatments until we threatened to call the city. Masseys did a deep treatment of a few apartments. The issue obviously still didn’t go away completely and we had to threaten to contact the city again so Monday July 27th another deep treatment will be done on a few apartments. You can never get ANYONE to answer at the office. EVER! Horrible response time for anything. My daughter lives here and has nothing but trouble for 2 months.
My wife and I have lived here for the last ten years and we have just renewed our lease we are very happy living here things about Seville on the Green yes you have to put in a work order if you want extermination done and we learned that our first few months that we lived here and they will come once a month to spray or whatever you ask them to do they do have a professional pest control company that handles that for them if you need a work order done yes you go to the app and put in the work order and maybe the same day or... read more
