This apartment complex is severely overpriced, poorly managed, and exhausting to live in. We have dealt with ignored maintenance requests, broken appliances, heating issues, roach and ant infestations, reckless ongoing construction, and constant chaos , all while paying premium rent and excessive additional fees. We were even locked out with our five children due to management ignoring multiple work orders on their virtual lock system, and then told we may be charged a lockout fee. That is unacceptable. Update 2/21/26- 1:42PM and STILL NO ONE HAS ARRIVED, despite us calling and texting as advised. We called the police department who is sending the fire department to help us. Then maintenance showed up!Paying so much in rent for CRAP!! 1Pm and STILL WAITING almost an HOUR now for an “emergency staff to come help”. FORCED to pay a TECH fee for TECH that doesn’t work or with constant issues!!!! Currently LOCKED OUT OUR APT WITH OUR FIVE KIDS and our oven ON. Quickly going outside and back up.
