I’ve lived here for a while now and this is my 5th apartment since being in Florida and so far as been the best. The admin and maintenance are always so quick and accommodating to request. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and clean and the apartments are large and set up beautifully! I would 1000% recommend Seville to anyone whose looking to move.
Expensive with the other charges that are not explained when you rent, roaches infestation, place on the outside is not kept presentable. Service sucks and the office lady is there once a week but she does not tell anyone when she's in the office. I didn't renew my lease people moving out. Trash and parking $40. Is not valet trash, water bill is high and you don't get a bill.
Kimberlee is fantastic !!! She is an awesome property manager. Always nice and takes care of our needs.
Sean is amazing always friendly and knowledgeable. We love it here!
Sean and shoya and Kim. They were fabulous at getting my sink issue fixed. Sean was quick to come and full of tidbits to keep my sink from backing up again.
