Been here since April 17th 2023. Update 8/16/25-A NEW addition to our lease is tech and GIG STREAM. Which NEVER works well. So we are paying for DOUBLE internet. One on our lease FORCED and Spectrum which works. Update 8/13/25-Thank you to our wonderful new maintenance worker Sean, who has been working hard to fix not only our apt but so many others.
