I’ve lived here for a year, occasional roach but no infestation. Community gate is hit or miss. Office staff is friendly. Maintenance is great, Frankie does a fantastic job. Over all I feel it’s been a good place to live so far.

would definitely not trust a word these people say before i submitted my application i had talk to one of the staff to make sure i wasn’t wasting my money by applying, told her how much a made and she assured me i would qualify once i submitted my application they then told me i do not, not to mention thats when i toured the place there was roaches and it was newly renovated that was the first red flag ! always rmeber that apartment complex never have your best interest it’s always about the money and they are in it for the ... read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This apartment complex is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. From the first month I moved in, the security gate was left wide open, which led to homeless people roaming around freely. Within weeks, seven cars were broken into — mine included. On top of that, my actual apartment was broken into, and management did absolutely nothing. The security cameras don’t even work, and they’ve known about it for months.
