They kept my two application fees after a week they said my application fee was denied, Yvette personally told me the application fees(studio) were refundable she knew my budget I do not recommend these apartments is they will not wave application fees with verbal promises. I spoke to the manager she kept insisting that they said it was not free when I only spoke to Yvette after we spoke I received lawyer information from them and now it's a court issue

I am new to the area and while search for housing I came across your place. Thank God because the ladies and the gentlemen in the office was so very helpful, pleasant, and kind . They made tha apartment search so easy and comfortable they definitely are an asset to the company and I hope they are compensated greatly for everything they do. Especially Ivette Garcia she was so caring and compassionate of my interest and needs thank you so much Ivette.

I’ve lived here for a year, occasional roach but no infestation. Community gate is hit or miss. Office staff is friendly. Maintenance is great, Frankie does a fantastic job. Over all I feel it’s been a good place to live so far.

would definitely not trust a word these people say before i submitted my application i had talk to one of the staff to make sure i wasn’t wasting my money by applying, told her how much a made and she assured me i would qualify once i submitted my application they then told me i do not, not to mention thats when i toured the place there was roaches and it was newly renovated that was the first red flag ! always rmeber that apartment complex never have your best interest it’s always about the money and they are in it for the ... read more
