DO NOT MOVE HERE. This apartment complex is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. From the first month I moved in, the security gate was left wide open, which led to homeless people roaming around freely. Within weeks, seven cars were broken into — mine included. On top of that, my actual apartment was broken into, and management did absolutely nothing. The security cameras don’t even work, and they’ve known about it for months. Absolutely terrible place to live. My AC was out for 3 days in the middle of July. My bathroom sink also leaks on and off. I went to the office and asked for a credit because my family owns rental properties and that’s something that a lot of places will do, and they refused to credit me. It was 110 degrees for those days I had no AC. They also had on their listing that the apartment comes with wifi and it DOES NOT.
DO NOT RENT HERE. I’m still having issues with this community after I moved out, it’s taking them about 2 months to receive my security deposit refund when they said it should take 14 business days. They always had something wrong. The gated community gate was almost always broken, having homeless people digging in the garbage & parking lot. Pretty cute place to live in, the office ladies are very nice and helpful with any doubts or issues you may face, very calm and quiet. It is quite clean and I have NOT seen any insects. The pool is also well kept. 5/5!
Has roaches and make sure you keep receipts of your payments. I had a move out fee and i paid it 3 days after and 8 months later they tried to send it to collections. Luckily i had my receipts still and was able to show proof.
