I purchased a 3 tier steel storage bin from **** club. During assembly a poorly done spot weld comes off of one side of the middle bin. The package instructions state to contact the manufacturer, which I do on the same day. This was weeks ago with no response at all. Meanwhile the thing is in pieces waiting for a replacement that never came. I needed this thing the day I bought it. Thank you Seville classics for ignoring my request and your terribly poor tack welds.

Unfortunately, I ordered a standing desk from Seville Classics. I called them to know the status of the order, They mentioned that it would be shipped out in couple of weeks. I decided to cancel the order. I have called them atleast 10 times and have been put through hours on hold, still the order is not cancelled nor am I refunded. I decided to dispute the transaction with the payment service. Hopefully I will get a refund. This company is such a sham and the worst possible customer service. Received a defective product (tower fan), which was purchased through Amazon. The buttons on the fan stopped working (although the detachable remote still worked) after the return period for Amazon ended. Therefore, I had to go through Seville's customer service process to get some sort of remedy through their one-year warranty. Seville's customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I noticed that all the negative reviews are post COVID-19 shutdown when the carriers (UPS and Fedex) had trouble picking up and delivering the demand in online ordering (after all the stores shut down). Seville Classics is a reputable business with an A+ rating. Family owned and operated for over 40 years. They stand behind their products and ship on-time (under normal circumstances - excludes once in a century pandemics). 5 star company selling 5 star products.

I had the same experience as Valerie R relates. Seville was quick to charge the card and very slow to respond to questions as to delivery date. I could not get a straight answer and ultimately cancelled the order as months had elapsed. I receive email documentation that the order had been cancelled only to receive the order the following week!! Are you kidding? In the interim, I had purchased the workstation at a walmart and now I am left with 2. I like the design of the workstation but the companies customer service program... read more

Placed an order 5/25. Charged my card same day but no information on shipping even after two weeks. Customer service is terrible. No one responds and all we get is a shipping label tracking number after several emails and calls where a shipment was never sent. Victor Pan the customer service person just replied with a tracking number which doesn't have any shipment. They never mentioned on their site that the orders will take an estimated shipping time. Avoid ordering anything from them.

I placed an order on April 6, 2020. Today is 4/22/2020. This has been so frustrating. They have terrible customer service. Victor Pan and other associates kept telling me it will ship "tomorrow" but tomorrow never came. I was told something different each time I called: it was sent, being processed, provided with tracking showing it was sent and now never sent but will be tomorrow.
