The service techs are prompt and efficient.
My maintenance request was handled great. The issue was fixed quickly and the maintenance members were very nice!
Although the apartment complex appears nice it's looks are deceiving. First off, it is a shooting gallery. For both drugs and guns. I have found used needles in the laundry rooms, five shootings in the year and a half that I have lived here. (Two of which were 500 feet from my front door.) You will also have your rent increased when you sign a new lease.
