Non-smoking apartment and building was worth waiting for. Appreciate the management and professionalism here. The property is well maintained and I am thankful for Edward Rose and Sons transparency and integrity. Maintenance immediately responded when I requested a fan repair and battery replacement for the thermostat and door lock.
