I've lived here for about a year now, roughly. There are issues here, but they're getting worked on a step at a time, which is a big endeavor for the building manager Nicole who has been working hard on all of ir with the resources she has. I enjoy living here and have met some great people, the community looks out for each other. Parking can be an issue, but everything seems to be a work in progress. It's not the worst place I've lived. Everything is easy access.
It's a good place to live, the neighbors almost never make noise, at least on the 6th floor. Two receptionists in particular are super friendly, but they have an old lady who is very rude to people.The elevators are always breaking down and you often have to carry groceries up the stairs.The laundry is a problem, the machines don't work well, people are always fighting over the machines.
Don't move here. Dirty. There's very minimal parking for guests. And they tow like crazy. Your guest will be paying $175 to get their cars from their partner towing company. What a scam!
