Sevillas's remodeling LLC owner, Miguel Sevilla, He is not a trustworthy person, we had a contract and he did not comply with the clauses stipulated in it. He did not return the money agreed upon in said contract. I have called him repeatedly and he does not answer the phone and I have sent him text messages and I have not received any response either. For this reason it can be said that this man does not comply with what was agreed and for this fact he is a thief.
Beware on this company’s rating It’s impossible for him get 5 stars. I ask for bid. I agreed for what Miguel ask for , paid 66%. 34% Will be pay after completed. I been scheduled 2 times for coming back do final touch up Due to poor work man ship. Never answer call or text after 2 times scheduled no shows. It’s been 2 week , since last scheduled with no show ,I called left massage and text but he’s did call back . We are human,, we do make mistakes. If he’s care about his customers. This company is trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable! The owner is down-to-earth and is very communicative. He and his employee came to my house and repair the storage room that is outside my house and my fence. Last but not least, he also repair the outlet plug that inside and outside the house. If there is one word to describe his work, then it is perfect! Lol Go ahead and call this company folks. Bet u won’t regret it!
