This place is far and away better than my last. I was close to the strip before and the first thing I noticed…it’s quiet and it’s peaceful. Another nice thing, there is mature landscaping at this complex and it really adds to the aesthetic. There are this and that’s which come up that need fixing here and there. They’ve got a system in place and a really cool guy, Ray, who comes through fixes anything that crops up. Quick, professional, done. I like it here.
Ray and Maria are nice and hard working persons,especially Rey , he is a very kind and hard working person he doing his job well… tyvm
Raymond the maintanence man is amazing..Everyday I see him dragging a large trash can around the property, picking up after a few little piggies who live here..If there is a problem, Raymond is on it..He is professional, polite, and gets the job done..From this day forward, he shall be known as SUPERMAN !
There's a lot of homeless people roaming through the complex, going through the trash, going through boxes on your patio, begging for money, One night I had the blinds open a little bit I go out to the patio turn the light on there's some homeless guy that's been sitting there watching me asking for money, I tried to chase him off he wouldn't leave, he finally did leave after I pointed my gun at him. I have been living here for almost a year and I can say that everything has been great , the maintenance man Ramond is always taking care of the community and making sure everything looks great, when we have a problem they always come to fix it right away! I can also say Maria from the office is amazing as well !
