I called the Lake Placid office today and spoke to Stephanie and Adrianna about my glasses as they are peeling. As I said it’s been about 3 years that I purchased my almost 400.00 Versace glasses there. The phone was in and out as I even had to call back because the phone went out. I spoke 3 times with different staff memebers - New Clients are NOT welcomed and I was treated rudely by all staff members over the phone .

The Nicest people from the front desk all the way up to the Doctor. Can't recommend them strongly enough! Had a great visit!!

Honestly the doctor and all the staff are great except for the lady that orders the frames. She was super rude, we just ordered some expensive frames in February and the dog chewed them up and we had paid for a warranty but when we went in she said that that wasn't covered and she said the frames are discontinued and we had to pay another $400, I called the call center and they told me she should have given me an option for frames that were in that price range but she did not do that and it was just a very disappointing visi... read more

Totally unprofessional staff. My 91yr old invalid MIL is seen every 6 mo, we had our appt card and was told they didn't have on computer. They did nothing to help rectify thier mistake. Just to make another appt, as if she could get around so easily.
