Robert (service tech) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He addressed the issues and explained the situation as he worked. He left the home clean and the A/C in good working order. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Technician came out dispatched by our home warranty company. He explained what happened to me. What he sent in was different than what he told me. The warranty company is refusing to do any repairs saying the technician wrote it up in such a way that it isn't covered. This is the 2nd warranty company that has done this to us. This company is not one I'd do business with and I'd recommend you drop any home warranty company you have as they're all scams.
