The worst company I've ever met, the Tech NICK according to him, he found the issue in 10 minutes, but after 8 days he never sent the report to AHS. AHS tried to contact them 4 times and didn't answer the phone. AHS had to send another company which solved the problem on the first visit, please stay away from this company
Jake was great! We were his last stop and it was late but he was super nice and found the issue and got it fixed quick! The unit is running great now!
