See other Reviews! COMPLETE CROOKS! DO NOT USE! They came out nearly four months ago and denied my AC repairs for American Home Shield (AHS) citing something not covered. Since then, I have had 14 other techs from other companies come out from AHS over the past 3.5 months and tried to repair different things. Still not repaired. Suddenly this same guy show up and AHS is calling to say it is not covered again. I originally found Sevier through my home warranty. They installed a new unit several years ago & I have used them for annual a/c & furnace checks since then. Today, Russell was my technician. He is experienced & very nice. He is the first person to understand why water is dripping & ruining my ceiling downstairs. I had an excellent experience with Sevier Climate Control. After another company immediately recommended replacing my entire HVAC system, Sevier took a completely different approach. Rather than jumping straight to replacement, my technician took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explain what was happening, and successfully repair my unit. These folks are the absolute worst company to do work with... Be aware if you are considering Sevier Climate Control Air Conditioning & Heating. They are located here in Spring. You be the judge. The company installs a new a/c unit that produces so much condensation that it soaks the new plenum. Once the plenum can take no more water the ceiling in my living room gets damaged. As a net result, it took two more visits over 4 weeks for these people to get their installation correct. Now they are refusing to fix the ceiling in ... read more
