Hands down the best resturant I've ever eaten at in Louisville! The mixture of flavors had my taste buds wanting more. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know! Thank you seviche!
Wonderful, unusual flavors masterfully blended together. We found ourselves tasting the heat that goes in the guac, trying to discern the ingredients. Even the drinks were top notch, with ingredients i'd never think to mix.
If you're looking for a special event restaurant, this is the place! Consistently wonderful food.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight. We had called ahead to request the veal liver that is normally on the winter menu but if you call ahead they try to meet your needs. We were pleasantly surprised to see it on the specials menu as an appetizer. My husbands order came first and it was slightly overdone, we mentioned it to our waitress and she immediately took it away and said she'd take care of it.
