Steve and his crew completed a project for us some companies would not even have cared to bid on. Steve went out of his way to address any issues that came up. I highly recommend Severy Creek Roofing!
Despite adequate work, we had concerns with communication and details. Initial job quote did not include all necessary repairs, price changed several times, confirmed work dates changed frequently, a number of last minute notifications. We also held back less than 20% of the project cost until all work was completed and that seemed to be an issue.
