Is this property deserted, I have called and left e-mails to my dismay I have yet to get a response relating to their availability. 🤔
I came in a couple days ago to view the property. They were very busy, but Christy is a trooper. She actually handled everything with everybody. She answered all my questions. If everything works out this may be my new home. This is the type of property. I want to live there when the Office staff treat you like you are special, even though she was dealing with a lot of people.
The property manager CeCe was so professional and so helpful.
Working with the new manager, Jessica L., has been the finest experience for me! As of right now, she is fantastic and accomplishes stuff. In all the years I've been here, I haven't experienced this level of customer attention and help with anything I need or ask for. I would like to express my gratitude and request that she be given a raise.:)
I've been a resident for a least 4 years now. The management has changed maybe twice. However the current property manager (Karla) has been here for the pat 2 years...she's the most diligent individual for the job. Although covid has changed things up a bit, the upkeep and needs of the residents and property has remained on point. I think I'll stay here for a long while :). 3.12.24(This is an edit & the review was made more than 7 months ago. The manager that actually responded to this review was the absolute worse!)
