Had "Mike" come to inspect a rotten smell. It was clearly the trash cans, but I didn't know. Mike decided to cut a hole in the ceiling of my neighbors garage ceiling. No smell because it was CLEARLY the neighbors trash can. "Mike" then charged me $125 after telling me it was my neighbor's trash cans smell seeping through my floors. Pretty shady way of making money imo. Can't trust anyone.
This is an overdue review for a job well done. We had our 2 story home in Mission Viejo re-piped and Jerry Iske and his crew did a great job In Oct of 2024. No problems and everything working fine. Don helped clean off my stereo equipment in the garage after it got coated with drywall dust as the guys forgot to cover it with plastic. Great crew of guys completed in just 5 days. Highly recommended.
