Need investigation about how Severn Trent is charging their customer. If you notice on your month bill you are being double charge per gallon of water in the Morton Mud district. You charge you for WHCRWA Fee plus Residential Water fee from Severn Trent. When I called customer service to question this double charges I was told I need to make my complaint to the WHCRWA board member but there is no information as were these board meeting are held or who to contact to address these double charges to their customer.
