Wow where do I Begin. My family lost there house and had to move quickly. They were blessed to find a house and had to come up with over 3000 in expenses to Move in. Now they are forced to live without water for a week because the MUD district demands 235 dollars to activate service. Yes 235 for water. That is absurd. Moved into a new house and had water turned on. A week later they come to turn it off because of prior owners delinquent charges. 3 days later. No water. Making a complaint with the BBB now.
We have had a foul, sulphuric smell in our lines since December 2016. Severn Trent has failed to correct the problem, and is now "educating" us on the causes of why our water has this disgusting smell. The problem has only worsened, and here we are half a year later and we're still making phone calls, and sending emails that are no longer being returned. I had one of your drivers backing up on my vehicle and driving with an id and had an expired insurance card. I need to know where I can make this report.
Multiple homeowners in our neighborhood overcharged for water that we haven't even used yet. Very shady business practices.
Your business practices are absolutely horrible. The customer service provided at the Helms Trail location in Forney, Texas by the young girl is never professional. I pray that at law suit comes against you all really soon but more importantly I pray that we can get your business out of our community rather soon. There is just no reason for you all to remain in business. This company is horrible especially with billing and they do NOT read the meters every month!!! But have the nerve to charge you a bill for the month that they don't read plus double when they do finally read it! Sorry service!!!
