Yes, I lived here for a year, but don t think about renting here, run away fast. There is no parking, they threatened to tow cars, \$35 + to pay online using your bank card, they take you to court if rent isn t paid by the 12th, day missed from work, God forbid you need something fixed, then you are the problem or the trouble maker, they keep your deposit so kiss it good bye when you hand it over, the carpet needed to be stretched a month after being here, was never done, got a copy of my lease in my 10th month, they make yo... read more
I have been a resident for 4 years and can not wait to move out. The management is horrible and cheap. You have to send your rental payment priority or next day to verify that they get it. I have had many battles with the management about this. My rent for June 2007 was mailed on May 19th and I had to pay a late fee because Lauren said it was never recieved until June 12th.
