Just don't I lived at one of Severino's properties for 6 years, at Creekside Chase. I was told that maintance, lawn, snow removal, etc were all taken care of by the real estate office to better serve his clients. What I experienced in that time was a series of threatening messages taped to the door accusing the tenants of all sorts of things (dog poop on lawns when there was none.)
