Thanks for the 12-3 delivery window today for the 600# air unit, only to find out you don’t deliver to bristol and you sent it to Cape Cod Express as a residential delivery and they wouldn’t deliver without making an appointment. My paperwork shows it’s a commercial address , should have been delivered today, and now I get to install the unit in the rain. Awesome job! And if you’re wondering where I got this info? You called me.
Mr. Rose, I'm sorry your experience was so awful! I have been dealing with Severance Trucking for many years. Yes, they have made some mistakes: Who hasn't? However, they have also gotten me out of a jam or two or more, by picking up and delivering the same day or just taking the extra time, to service my clients, as if they were their own.
