Sorry, I can't give a 5 star review for my unit #22. Mice have been getting into my unit, dust from area outside my unit is covering all my stuff and lack of a dumpster is a problem, cause now, I have nowhere to throw anything away. These are issues that I didn't have at other storage facilities. Otherwise, all is good. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion. Your facility is cheaper and had units available when I needed one.

It’s been a hassle free experience.
We've been with Severance Storage for 8 years and have had a great experience. Management has repaired overhead doors upon request and maintain the property. I would like it if they would kept a trash bin on the property.
Excellent location, good storage space and parking.
