Beautiful facility, great shows, but the box office is terrible. I’ve called several times over the last several months to get a refund. Because of COVID we didn’t get to see two major shows. They refuse to answer the phone so I haven’t gotten a refund from all the tickets we didn’t get to use last year. Will never buy a membership again.
Terrible bought tickets and they wouldn’t let us in
Very disappointing venue at Chrysler Hall. First it is very hot in there, employees and guests for the shows are fanning themselves the entire time. Its unbearable. The other problem is what happened to "broadway like" guidelines? Not allowing seating when people arrive late to a performance? At the very least, the usher should hold the late persons until a transition in the stage. Them seating people in the middle of a performance is tasteless. Annoying and unresponsive organization. Does not respond to the "contact us" form; messages left on voice mail are not returned. Box office does not answer phone during published hours. Simply wanted to purchase a gift certificate without having to come to the box office to do so - a transaction that should be easy and readily available.
