Terrible customer service!!! I have been trying for two days to reach someone to ask about purchasing tickets to the Stage Left Louge. I have called the number provided and left messages as well as sending two emails to the email address listed and no response AT ALL!!! The management should look into replacing anyone involved in this area of your business!!!
Wanted a gift certificate for my daughter’s birthday. One email, then 2 phone calls. No replies. No way to purchase online. Not convenient nor easy for a customer.
Beautiful facility, great shows, but the box office is terrible. I’ve called several times over the last several months to get a refund. Because of COVID we didn’t get to see two major shows. They refuse to answer the phone so I haven’t gotten a refund from all the tickets we didn’t get to use last year. Will never buy a membership again.
Terrible bought tickets and they wouldn’t let us in
Very disappointing venue at Chrysler Hall. First it is very hot in there, employees and guests for the shows are fanning themselves the entire time. Its unbearable. The other problem is what happened to "broadway like" guidelines? Not allowing seating when people arrive late to a performance? At the very least, the usher should hold the late persons until a transition in the stage. Them seating people in the middle of a performance is tasteless.
