First let me start by saying the ladies in the office will work hard to get you in. I was moving out of my old apt and the apt I planned on moving in had a water leak and tried to put me my son & our gsd (3yrold) in a 1 BDROOM. Went applied and they helped me complete everything and I moved in, in 4 days! The neighbors are nice and it’s a kid friendly neighborhood.
I love it
Under Capstone Management it’s has been absolutely horrible. Grass not mowed, trash everywhere, sewer issues, AC issues and neighbors smoke so much weed you can smell in our apartment. New management company has just taken and hopefully it will go back to the quiet maintained community it once was.
Lived here since 2019 and I will say one of the most peaceful places and not much traffic as well never had a package stolen unlike at the other apartment I was at.
