I have been going here for 2 years. I usually just go for annual check up and vaccines. Lately my cat has been having trouble so I'd been coming a few times. They ALWAYS ask to TAKE your credit card and walk it to the front lobby while you wait in the check up room "to make payment process quicker" or "so that the cats don't get spooked by the dogs in the reception area" Well the last time a nurse took my card and took a while with it, a few days later we had someone steal our card information and money of $700!!! They went and bought a laptop and office supplies. I'm pissed. There is no where else I had gone where they would have access to my card in such a way. BEWARE. They're alright when it comes to pet care, DO NOT let them walk with your card!!! Still pending investigation.

Appointment was at 3:30. Dog didn’t get taken in until 4:00. We did not leave until 5:30. Person bringing the dog out could not even provide a reason of what was taking so long. Completely unacceptable. Then when it was explained that we were now late picking up our baby from daycare, receptionist was completely nonchalant in checking us out. We will be finding a new veterinarian for our four dogs.

Seventy first has been there for me for all my odd pets. from my bearded dragons, geckos and my rats. i recently lost one of my rat boys and they sent me this amazing card in the mail. the staff cares about the animals and it shows. thank yall for everything.

I received a quote from them for having my dogs teeth cleaned. I scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment I arrived there was given a new quote that was almost $100 more than the original quote - with no explanation. Needless to say, we left and did not have the work done. We did not receive a follow-up phone call or anything. Their customer service is really lacking. Very disappointed ☹️
