We just moved into our new apartment on Tuesday and everyone on the staff was so welcoming , accommodating and helpful. Chanel and Jasmine (in the Leasing office) were very patient and kind ; they helped make our transition very smooth. It was a very pleasant experience working with them and they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Disgusting, filthy, run down, non stop noise 24 hours a day.
