Can't imagine how it can get worse. Expired elevator permits displayed (not even for this address, it's for the sister address), PM takes 1-2 weeks to reply to emails if at all, deletes access to lease documents, no access to courtyard for 6-mo renovation (it's completely fine). Other tenants on CA benefits targeted and overall discrimination to push out old residents so they can re-rent at higher $. This place is a whole mess. If you like dumpster fires, apply today!
terrible communication, asked to be on the email list multiple times, they never sent documents we had asked for multiple times and communication for events or when things were happening.
We rented from 11/2022-04/2023, not sure if things got better since. I do want to say if she still works there, Crystal at the leasing office was amazing. The downside here was they tried to charge us for a new oven when we barely moved in and it cracked after we used it once or twice. The stovetop already had little cracks/scratches on it, and I really don’t know what we could’ve done to make it crack like that when we barely used it to cook. Managment avoids calls, emails and requests to fix AC unit. Business hours never convenient to a regular work schedule tenant, did a walk in during lunch but no one was available to talk to about another issue.
