great service and courtesy – I've now had two skin treatments at Seventh Ray. What a luxury and what a wonderful experience. I found both Jan and Jack helpful, informed and thorough. My skin felt alive when I left. Above and beyond. That's what I would say.
Commitment to Customers is Their Priority?!?! – I located a $100 gift certificate that I had previously purchased for my wife that was apparently unused (she tends to hold onto them, but always uses them). Checked with 7th Ray and they refused to honor my certificate because it was over 1 year old (so? there was NO exp. date on the certificate), and they simply guessed that it must have been used (really?). best wax for best price. – Went to one other wax place first. They were way over priced and didn't do a very good job. Seventh Ray was great. Did a great job at a great price. Only down side is they do not have cold wax for the sensitive skin areas and no brazilian available.
