The sign in station is too much information for most people to deal with, and they should have an assigned a person to help. The people at the service at front desk are very inconsistent. One day you will get someone very helpful and one day you will deal someone who doesn’t want to help you. Hopefully you can make improvements in this department!!
I made appointment 2 wks in advance to see Dr Shirley Yung. She seemed to be the only doctor who is NOT IN DEMAND. One hour before my scheduled appointment her secretary called to say Dr Yung could not see me. NO EXPLANATION, NO APOLOGIES. NOW I KNOW WHY SHE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR NOT IN DEMAND. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS WOMAN. IM NOT EVEN SURE HER CREDENTIALS ARE AUTHENTIC,, SHE CERTAINYLY DOSNT ACT LIKE A PUBLIC HEALTH PRACTIONER. TERRIBLE
The front desk is so kind, attentive and work fast. Special thanks to my primary Dr. Chung Fu, he is very professional, patient and provide me with all referrals I need. He helped me a lot with my concerns, patiently listened to me and never made me feel he was rushing like many doctors do. This place is amazing.
