I had a bad experience with customer service at this clinic. The staff was inattentive and did not assist me in a professional manner. I felt there was a lack of communication and empathy during my visit. I hope they improve their care toward patients. They really should replace the front desk staff or at least speak with them as they have a terrible attitude.
