4/6/26 my son had an 9:00 a.m appointment. 30 minutes before his appointment we received a call that they needed to reschedule…. A joke. 4/10 I check in via app 10 minutes before appointment time and maybe 4 minutes in person. After an hour of waiting I check in with front desk to see what’s the hold up. She explains to me how important it is to be on time because I was 20 minutes late and we move on to the next patient. I asked how because my appointment was at 10:20 and I checked in early . Pediatrics has got to do better. My 4 month old and I have gone here since she was born and I went to the prenatal department here for my pregnancy with her as well. Every month we come here it is a nightmare. Her two month appointment was the only appointment we waited under 2 hours to see the doctor. The last time we came here for her four month shots, I waited a total of (and I wish I was joking) 4 hours. These babies are too young for yall to be doing this. Bad experience getting a reach of anyone on the phone, constantly told to "hold" for over 30 minutes regardless of the time or day.
