As a parent I have been very disappointed with this facilities property upkeep and timeliness of repairs. We were told things would taken care and they have not been, it’s the same response such as they are waiting for vendors. Maintenance has left tools and products behind without picking them back up for weeks. Very bad communication, I’ve lived here for 2 years and have consistently had either a problem with over charging on rent or with the appliances that never get resolved. The most recent problem is having to throw away all the food in my fridge because it stopped working. I sent in a work request for it yesterday and got complete radio silence. My roommate then went down to the office to try and get some help with it and they told her someone would be up to fix it soon. No one came and now we won’t have a fridge until further... read more
