good place to stay i have lived there for 3 years. overall service is great. i only gave 3 star is because of the ants in one of the room i stayed. this place is fairly new, have nice swimming pool and gym. and they have office room for you to do fax, copy, and internet. during holidays they are holding parties as an appreciation. a little bit pricy, not acceptable. only problem is i lived in room having endless ants. i ended up switching the room. overall, it's a nice place to live
Very nice! I really like the location of these apartments. It's a pretty area. The staff is nice. I did have to call the police on our neighbors a couple times for loud parties. The staff did address it with them as well. I would recommend living here.
ridiculous it's pretty, to be sure, but you can find plenty of pretty california coast without paying eight dollars and fifty cents to drive on fairly poorly labeled roads through neighborhoods of monstrously huge homes for just glimpses of the coast. the tree is a joke - it's POTTED! the only thing really worth while is the sight of the sea lions off the coast at one of the stops.
tours the seventeen mile drive snakes along the california coast through exclusive neighborhoods, breathtaking views of the ocean and the famous lone cypress. It goes to the pebble beach golf course as well. It's worth the time.

Run down fools Staff has trouble turning screws. Appliances do not work.... poor maintenance, all around. Overpriced!! Please type at least 150 characters for your review.
okay apartments These apartments are alright. Actually the buildings themselves are pretty old and it shows. BUT the location is great, lots of people don't even know about that side of campus. So rent is a lot cheaper than on Linden and other places. THe people here are pretty cool, and the peeps in the office are kind of nice too. They won't sweat it if you're a day or two late with your rent check once in a long while. PROS: good apts CONS: kind of old
Very noisy When I first moved into this apartment complex I loved it. The floorplan was great and the rent was VERY reasonable. The big problem that I had was that my walls were paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors did. (including going to the bathroom and typing on the computer). The office staff was okay, nothing special. PROS: Inexpensive CONS: VERY noisy, terrible parking
