Where I could safely explore those hidden and judged emotions and thoughts that had influenced me throughout life and lifetimes, haunted me into adulthood and because of my fear, denial and mask had eluded my awareness. There is a unique grace about the land at Sevenoaks. It surrounds as you drive up through the trees. It fills you as you gaze at the mountains covered in Sky The staff is skillful, kind and caring and the food as nourishing to the body as the Center itself is to the Heart and Soul
