Totally unprofessional, I had a tour scheduled and no one was there to greet me. I called the leasing office several times and finally got a text back from Kellen asking me to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up even though 10 minutes had already passed. Needless to say I will not be touring or moving in
Overall, the units and the building is great! The staff is friendly, the amenities are cleaned daily during the week, and the roof deck view is stunning! The neighborhood is a perfect was to Fulton Market or River North and incredibly accessible to public transportation - I found it really easy to rely on while I lived there. The new property manager, Daniel, started around my last 6 months of my time at 710 W Grand, and he absolutely saved this review - it probably would have been a 2-star review otherwise! I moved in when the building first opened and at first enjoyed the building. I noticed, however, a decline in maintenance of common areas and issues with packages. Last year, my work transferred me to London six months into a one year lease. I moved out and put my furniture into storage, but had major difficulties negotiating with management concerning getting out of the lease.
