I have Celiac disease and was passing through Bozeman on my way to Seattle. I was "that guy" who ordered 20 minutes before close. They have so many gluten free options and prepare the food safely. The staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination, had GF tamari sauce, and knew that krab contains gluten. What a gem! Some of the best poke and sushi I've ever had. I would definitely recommend Seven to anyone. I wish there was one in Seattle!
I thought the service was great. Sushi was amazing. Overall it’s my favorite place for sushi so far!!!
