Seven Studio was great! The facility is conveniently located and beautiful. I took a class with Rae and she was awesome! So high energy, fun, and her playlist was amazing. I'd highly recommend taking a class at Seven!
Seven was awesome! It was a great workout and I will definitely be back. There was so much energy in the room during the workout. it went by quickly. I haven't been back to a cycling studio in forever so it was nice to switch it up. Seven was so clean they even had extra hair ties in the restrooms! Huge perk for a gal that forgot hers. There was free street parking right in front and plenty more close by. I will be back!
Great first spin class experience! Can’t wait to go back
