I was only hold for more than 13 min. I called to get my lab work orders in. It’s been more than 6 months and they have not called me in nor have they sent me for lab work. I had to call in myself to do there work. I was seen in the ER and was told my levels were too high. I needed to get seen for labs asap. I got no help even by calling in myself since . The doctors here are amazing and they’re very helpful. Although, when calling and trying to set up an appointment or talk to a medical assistant, I always get Their voicemail. When I leave a message with my information, I never get a return call.

so this office attempted to claim i wasn't diagnosed with diabetes when i attempted to reconcile my GLP 1 medication specifically prescribed to me by a previous doctor for diabetes on the basis my a1c was 'normal' (remission. because i was medicated). i keep all my records, including said diagnosis . i am in fact diabetic and i will be filing grievances with this office.

Wow this place is pretty bad. I called to check if they are accepting new patients. The person answer the phone was extremely rude, cut me off, multiple times while being unsure of herself and I asked her if she was sure and could she check and turns out she was wrong but she still insists on cutting me off when I try to ask further questions then gets an attitude about how short endocrinologists are. Take a simple phone etiquette class if you are going to be talking to people.
