The ladies at the front desk were really nice.But some of the staff was straight up Rude un professional. I told them and they blamed it on my elderly GrandParents…The doctors were really nice, but they failed to tell me that they do not have a lift table for the elderly ..that can’t get up there and get down. Do not go there if you have elderly parents or Grandparents thank you

I attended their physical therapy with therapist Holland starting in March 2025 at this location and quit on April 11, 2025 because I felt I wasn't getting what I should have out of therapy. After April 11 I had zero contact with them except for their 4 voicemails telling me to call to schedule more sessions, which I ignored. They billed my insurance company stating on April 25, 2025 that they set me up for "remote physical therapy" and billed my insurance for it, which the insurance paid to them on May 2, 2025. I was in a car accident and worried when things didn't resolve. Every member of the staff I met was very thorough when checking out the issue. Everyone was frendly, sweet and thorough. Melissa was wonderful. If you have an urgent issue that seems ortho related, I wouldn't hesitate to go here. I'm thankful there is a plan for treatment.
