EXCELLENT
This is the worst place I can ever imagine living. There are so many roaches. Literal mice in the night running while we are sleeping. and worst of all. Literal people vandalized this area.
If you can afford to live elsewhere, do so. When I moved in at Seven Springs, it was a decent if cheap place. The neighbors were okay and it was convenient enough. Since, it has gone sharply downhill. Below are just some of the things I experienced as a tenant. Pests everywhere. Ants, roaches, mice, rats and who only knows what else. No consideration from management or maintenance/cleaning staff regarding basic cleanliness.
