I had to give 3 stars as an overall score because there are issues concerning the pest control issue. However, I can say that they are definitely trying. I've had to call on several occasions, regarding issues with things needing attention inside my home, and not one of my complaints has fallen on deaf ears. Bro im literally staring at a mouse right now. I called the emergency maintenance number and they said this is not an emergency and they will be inspecting tomorrow morning. I told them that the mouse is not going to be here in the morning so what am I supposed to do until then and he just repeated the same thing. I have been dealing with a mouse infestation since I moved in in August. They come in and inspect for holes and they still come back. Do not rent here. This apartment company hires a local tow company to remove ‘unauthorized vehicles’. Good luck figuring out what’s unauthorized. Hundreds in tow fees so far.
